Vanprastha

Vanaprastha denotes a particular phase of life in the vedic ashram system. In this phase of life, the person has already lived through brahmacharya and grihastha life and now is in a retreat from worldly life. This stage denotes a transition phase from material to spiritual life. Vanaprastha sannyas is a choice made by the individual to live his life centered in himself, unclutched and detached from the social duties and obligations.

The techniques that are learnt in this program are designed by the Master to raise their consciousness and finally realize the ultimate self.
