Antaranga Yoga (Inner Yoga) explores ways of understanding one’s identity and conditioned patterns of feeling, thought and action. Using art, theater and contemplative conversations, drawn innovatively from the Mahabharata it offers ways to clarify the mind and free it from distortion.
