About HUA
Hindu University of America (HUA) was established in 1989 and was authorized in 1993 to provide students with a unique academic environment to explore the knowledge systems rooted in and emerging from Vedic thought i.e. the philosophies, traditions, culture, and civilization that has come to be called Hinduism in the popular imagination.
Our mission is to establish a world-class university that serves as a beacon of Hindu thought, spirituality, and scholarship for future generations, fostering academic excellence through critical inquiry, ethics, and self-reflection.
Summary of HUA Saṃvāda - Los Angeles
Hindu University of America’s Saṃvāda Los Angeles brought together over 150 community members for a powerful morning of dialogue, reflection, and learning. Through inspiring voices and shared experiences, the event rekindled pride in Sanatana Dharma and deepened understanding of Hindu civilizational wisdom.
We invite you warmly to HUA Saṃvāda in Los Angeles on Saturday, January 10, 2026 for a morning of reflective conversation.
