About Mr. Pranav Patel

Mr. Pranav Patel is the Director & CEO of Chanakya Aanvikshiki and a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the Hindu University of America, where he guides young minds in the field of Public Leadership. As the Director of the Chanakya Institute at HUA, he is dedicated to cultivating ethical, purpose-driven leaders grounded in Indian knowledge systems and modern governance principles. A passionate Leadership Developer, he brings extensive experience in leadership training, organizational development, research, finance, and people-centric solutions. Before joining HUA, he served as the Senior Executive Officer for Strategic and Outreach at the Partha Ghosh Academy of Leadership, IIT Kharagpur, leading transformative initiatives to promote ethical and sustainable leadership. He has also served as the Founding CEO-Director of Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt. Ltd. and Director at the Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership, where he has trained and mentored professionals across corporate, educational, and public service sectors.
