GNANA – The principles of sound mind in Bhagavad-Gita

HSF1302 – GNANA – The principles of sound mind in Bhagavad-Gita is the second part of a three-part sequence of courses titled DEHA, GNANA and YOGA. The DEHA course highlights the Material and Psychic aspects of the body. The GNANA course describes the Physical, Social, Occupational, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual dimensions of divine wisdom. The YOGA course explains the four paths of Yoga in Bhagavad-Gita. It introduces about 51 carefully curated verses (out of 700) under 6 thematic lessons from the Bhagavad Gita to students, who have no prior exposure to this important Hindu Text. In this course the participants shall study the meanings of each verse followed by guided recitation during online interactive classes. The course is carried out using Active, Interactive and Collaborative ways of learning and offers guided practice of shlokas followed by interactive discussion of their meaning.

YOGA – The principles of pure soul in Bhagavad-Gita

HSF1303 – “YOGA – The principles of pure soul in Bhagavad Gita” is the last part of a three-part sequence of courses titled DEHA, GNANA and YOGA. This course introduces about 40 carefully curated verses (out of 700) from the Bhagavad Gita to students, who have no prior exposure to this important Hindu Text. In this course the participants shall study the meanings of each verse followed by guided recitation during online interactive classes. The course has 5 lessons and is carried out using Active, Interactive and Collaborative ways of learning and offers guided practice of shlokas followed by interactive discussion of their meaning. It is the third of a three-course series titled, DEHA, GNANA and YOGA. The DEHA course highlights the Material and Psychic aspects of the body. BODHAK – The Gita Vidya Teacher Training

HSF1304 – “BODHAK – The Gita Vidya Teacher Training” is the first of a four-part series of courses, collectively titled as ‘Gita Vidya Teacher Certificate’. This course offers practical training to develop necessary competence for conducting Gita Vidya courses to young students. Participants shall in small groups teach GitaVidya lessons under the guidance of the author. Following this, participants shall discuss their experience with the author for feedback and guidance. In addition, participants get 20 hours of actual field experience where they conduct Gita Vidya courses to real students in academic institutions, spiritual organizations or community groups etc. After successful completion of this series, participants shall receive the title of “Gita Vidya Saha Bodhak”.
