What the Mahābhārata Teaches Us About Life, Conflict, and Inner Peace
Upcoming Webinar: Saturday, December 27, 2025, 8:00 am PT / 11:00 am ET / 9:30 am IST
About the Webinar:
Join us for an immersive journey into the ancient epic of the Mahabharata as a living mirror of the self. This webinar opens doors to the heart of the text’s yogic wisdom, enabling you to engage with its characters, dynamics and reflections as pathways to deeper self-understanding.
What you’ll explore:
How the Mahabharata functions as a mirror of the psyche — each character, each conflict, each resolution offering insight into our own internal patterns.
The yogic framework of inner practice: drawing on the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar, we’ll explore how yoga goes far beyond asana and pranayama and deep into reflection, listening and transformation.
How to awaken the archetypal characters of the epic in your own life through guided dialogue and reflective experience.
The structure and approach of our 11-week format: weekly readings, introspective activities, and dialogic sessions designed to deepen your awareness and activate healing.
Whether you are new to the Mahabharata or revisiting it with fresh eyes, this webinar offers a compelling lens through which to explore your inner world—and the timeless patterns that play out both within and around us.
