From Transition to Transformation:
Ayurveda for Menopause Support
Recent Webinar: Wednesday, September 24, 2025, 5:30 pm PT / 8:30 pm ET / 6:00 am IST (Sept 25)
About the Webinar:
Ayurveda offers wisdom and practices that support well-being through every stage of life, from youth to adulthood, through middle age, and into our elder years. By aligning with the body’s changing rhythms and doṣas (functional energies of Vāta, Pitta, and Kapha), Ayurveda provides guidance to navigate life’s natural transitions with balance, vitality, and ease.
This webinar will focus on one such pivotal stage – menopause – reframing it not as an end, but as an opportunity for transformation. We’ll explore how Ayurvedic āhāra (nutrition), vihāra (daily routines and lifestyle practices), and auṣadhi (herbal supports) can help ease common challenges.
Drawing on insights from The Ayurvedic Guide to Women’s Wellness at Hindu University of America, this session with Dr. Vandana Baranwal will provide practical tools to help women embrace menopause as a natural, empowering chapter of life, one that can lead to renewed balance, creativity, and vitality.
