Healthy Aging:
Managing Stress & Enhancing Your Mental Health
Recent Webinar: Saturday, December 13, 2025, 9 am PT / 12 pm ET / 10:30 pm IST
About the Webinar:
Join us for our ongoing series of monthly conversations with Dr. Marc Halpern, Founder of the California College of Ayurveda, and Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist Chris Garber, as they explore how the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda can help us navigate the challenges of modern life.
In this session, Chris Garber sits down with Dr. Halpern for an insightful dialogue on managing stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalance through Ayurveda. Together, they’ll discuss how understanding your unique constitution (prakṛti) and aligning with the natural rhythms that govern mind and body can restore balance and resilience.
Ayurveda teaches that mental health is inseparable from lifestyle, diet, sleep, and the quality of our relationships. By attuning to these principles, we can bring harmony to the mind and nervous system. Dr. Halpern will share key Ayurvedic insights and practical self-care tools for maintaining mental clarity, emotional stability, and inner peace — even amid life’s daily pressures.
This webinar is the second in a continuing series of dialogues with Dr. Halpern, exploring how ancient Ayurvedic wisdom illuminates the path to modern well-being. Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or already practicing its principles, this is a meaningful opportunity to deepen your understanding and experience the profound connection between body, mind, and consciousness.
