The Holistic Yoga Retreat is a transformative 4-day journey designed to recharge, revitalize and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit through holistic yoga. Nestled in the serene surroundings of Pine Lake Retreat near Orlando, FL, this immersive experience will guide participants on a path towards exuberant health, wellness and self-discovery. A key component of this retreat is the integration of the spiritual dimensions of yoga in the tradition of Vinyasa Krama, as taught by the legendary Yogi Sri T. Krishnamacharya and his student Yogacharya Srivatsa Ramaswami.

Retreat Accommodation Options
Shared Chalet:
Two cozy bedrooms with an attached bathroom. There is a common living area and a kitchenette. A couple/individual registering for a chalet will be assigned one bedroom ONLY. The other bedroom in the chalet may be assigned to another couple or individual.
Shared Housing:
- Common sleeping area for individuals, segregated by genders.
- Separate bedrooms for families, if space available.
- Common bathrooms for all, segregated by gender.
