About the Free Webinar:
We often normalize ‘pushing through’ small discomforts like heavy digestion or afternoon fatigue, assuming they are just a natural part of life’s progression. But in Ayurveda, these are actually the body’s early signals—invitations to return to balance before deeper issues take root. Join Dr. Marc Halpern, and Chris Garber for a conversation on moving beyond ‘one-size-fits-all’ health trends and toward a Precision Roadmap for vitality. We’ll discuss how to shift from managing symptoms to addressing root causes, turning your daily nutrition and herbal support into a powerful, personalized protocol for sustained energy and lifelong health.
