Description
Chanakya’s Leadership Principles for the 21st Century Course Description:
Across the globe, leadership is a subject of serious discussion, study, and research. Universities now have centers of leadership. Chanakya, who lived in the 4th Century BCE, was a leadership guru, whose ideas are relevant for contemporary leaders facing the challenges of the 21st Century. His book, Kautilya’s Arthashastra contains 6000 sutras or aphorisms.
How can a text written 2300 years ago be relevant today? Timeless principles require to be interpreted and re-interpreted in every age. In his works on Chanakya, Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai has skillfully interpreted the ancient wisdom of Chanakya for contemporary leaders.
