Ayurveda and Integrative Health

Course Description

AIH1103 - Good Living Practices (GLP), is an integrative course based on Ayurveda, Yoga, and modern Neuroscience. It is designed to promote health, happiness, resilience, and longevity by aligning the body, mind, and emotions. Unlike fragmented health approaches that focus on only one aspect of well-being, GLP emphasizes the importance of balance across all three domains. The course explores physical practices such as diet and movement, mental practices including sleep and purposeful engagement, and emotional practices like meditation and emotional refinement. Each session combines traditional wisdom with modern scientific insights, and practical tools (“GLP toolkit”) that can be applied in daily life. Through reflective and experiential learning, students develop a personalized lifestyle framework to support long-term well-being and disease prevention.
