The key topics which will be covered in the retreat are as follows-

Ayurveda plays a crucial role in chakra healing by providing dietary and lifestyle adjustments that directly influence the energy centers. Ayurvedic principles teach how specific foods and herbs can align and balance the chakras, facilitating energy flow and enhancing overall spiritual, mental, and physical health. The Chakra Immersion Retreat will cover Ayurveda Diet and Nutrition, emphasizing the importance of foods that balance the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Participants will learn how to incorporate Sattvic foods that promote mental clarity and physical well-being. Additionally, the retreat will delve into Dinacharya, or daily routines, which support natural body rhythms and optimal health. This includes practices like waking early, yoga, meditation, and proper meal timing, all tailored to enhance body-mind alignment and overall vitality.

2. Incorporating Lifestyle Changes through Vedic Rituals and music:
Vedic rituals, as part of Dinacharya or daily routine, are rooted in Ayurveda and ancient Hindu scriptures. These rituals focus on promoting balance and well-being, beginning with waking up before sunrise to embrace the sattvic qualities of the morning. They often include purification processes like cleansing the body and environment, performing yoga to invigorate the body, and engaging in meditation or prayer to center the mind. These rituals are designed to align the individual’s rhythm with the natural cycle, thus enhancing physical and spiritual health. The emphasis is on starting the day with a sense of calmness, cleanliness, and reverence, setting a positive foundation for the activities to follow.
Dive into Raga Chikitsa (healing through music).

3. Chakra Healing and Alignment:

The Chakra Immersion Retreat concludes each day with the serene sounds of Sitar music and Kirtans led by Vaidya Kanada Narahari, an accomplished Ayurvedic Physician and expert in Naada Yoga. Known for his integration of music and wellness, Narahari has practiced Ayurveda globally since 2007, enriching his medical expertise with a deep commitment to the healing powers of Naada Yoga.
